Could you please refer me to the source of this particular obligation/responsibility of the employer, may it be from the DIAC website or the exact Australian immigration laws section wherein this is stated? I am in discussion with an Australian employer who is willing to sponsor me and my family on a 457 visa. Now, he requires me to shoulder the cost of air travel to Australia, particularly to Whyalla, South Australia. I just want to know the exact reference from which this employer responsibility is stated to be able to point to my potential employer. They may have not fully read their responsibilities concerning this sponsorship undertaking. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We are looking for a filipino nanny/housekeeper to work for us in Canberra. We have returned from overseas where we had an absolutely lovely nanny, however, she understandably wanted to stay in Paris. We are only temporarily in Canberra (we have house there) until we move to Sydney as my work is in Sydney. You would work a minimum of 3 days and a mximum of 5 days (up to you) and would live with us in Canberra. If you would like, we would pay for a return bus fare to Sydney each weekend if you want to visit your friends on the weekends while we are still in Canberra. We would be interested in continue to employ you once we move to Sydney.
Aboiut us, we are a family with 3 children (3, 5, 6), 2 girls, 1 boy. They all go to either pre school or primary school 5 days a week from 9 to 3. I am a full-time teacher in the tertiary sector. I want to learn conversational Tagalog. I need lessons on my own or in a small class with an experienced teacher. I live in Pennant Hills. I am looking for regular face-to-face sessions – at least 1-3 hours per week. You would need to be an experienced Tagalog teacher so you can teach me correct grammar and sentence structure.
