The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission on 22 Sept 2018, 10a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Musicians Club Auditorium, 276 Crystal Street, Broken Hill.

During the outreach mission, Applications for registration for Overseas Voting (OV) and the following consular services will be accepted:

. ePassport;
. Notarials/Authentication:
. Dual Citizenship:
. Civil Registry – Report of Birth, Report of Marriage; and
. NBI Clearance.

The requirements for each of the above consular sewices can be accessed at the Consulate’s website: www.sydneypcg.dfa.gov.ph.

For Dual Citizenship applications, please send in advance to the Consulate by mail the required documents on or before 15 September 2018 to enable the Consular Team to assess whether the submitted documents are complete and so that applicants can be advised beforehand of any additional document that they must present during the outreach mission,

Those who would like to avail of consular services during the Consular Outreach Mission are requested to notify the Consulate at email address, sydney.pcg@dfa.gov.ph or communications@philippineconsulate.com.au, on or before 15 Sep 2018. Please indicate what kind of application you wish to lodge during the mission.

Applicants for civil registry and those who will have their documents
notarized/authenticated are advised to bring a self-addressed prepaid envelope to be used in mailing the processed documents.

United Nations Day Wreath Laying Ceremony
Wednesday 24 October 2018 at 10,30am

The United Nations Day Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Cenotaph, to honour Australian uniform personnel who have served the United Nations and other multilateral organisations as peace-keepers over the past 70 years.

The Ceremony will be attended by His Excellency General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, representatives of Government, the uniformed services, the United Nations family, civil society and community members.
