Filipino Australian ANZAC Day commemoration service in Rooty Hill

A group of Filipino Australians with their Australian friends commemorated ANZAC Day in the morning of 25 April at the Corregidor Function Centre, Rooty Hill.

Guest of honour was Dr Jodie Brodie, Emeritus Mayor of Holroyd City Council.

The commemorative service which featured offering of thanksgiving prayers by community leaders from various faith was organised by Major Tom Baena of the Australian Defence Force and Peter Christian, retired officer of the Royal Australian Air Force.
