At present I'm working as an In-charge (Modern Trade) at T.K Group Of Industries in Bangladesh. Now I'm looking for a job in Australia at any sector or any low position. Because I want to study in MBA program at any university in australia. Because an australian universities degree is very important in international jobs market. But in this moment I'm not able to bear my educational expenses in australia without getting a job. Pls arrange a job in australia for building up my career. If I get a job I'll be ever greatful to my employer.

@Donnel. You may wish to consult with the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney. The other source is the Department of Immigration & Citizenship (DIAC) which is referred to by the Consulate in the story as follows:

"Any Filipino, who was recruited to work in Australia under a 457 Business Visa program and was compelled to pay processing fees or air travel to Australia by their recruiter or employer, may lodge a complaint with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) through email address nsw.457.integrity@immi.gov.au."

"If a recruiter makes the applicant pay for Australian administrative fees and/or air travel to Australia, then the recruiter is violating Australian laws require a company to shoulder all costs of fees and the worker’s air travel to Australia. The worker must not pay for his air travel to Australia."

Could you please refer me to the source of this particular obligation/responsibility of the employer, may it be from the DIAC website or the exact Australian immigration laws section wherein this is stated? I am in discussion with an Australian employer who is willing to sponsor me and my family on a 457 visa. Now, he requires me to shoulder the cost of air travel to Australia, particularly to Whyalla, South Australia. I just want to know the exact reference from which this employer responsibility is stated to be able to point to my potential employer. They may have not fully read their responsibilities concerning this sponsorship undertaking. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
